Left to the roasters exploratory hand, this blend is a dialogue in uncovering the land between that which is dark and that which is light. The result is dialectic of balance and chaos, presenting a spiraling flavor that will capture the drinker's imagination. Its name comes from a great American Ecologist Aldo Leopold who often turned to poetry to express his most profound discoveries.

bell's Blend A gentle presentation of light and medium roasts. Subtle and sweet, aromatic and pleasurable. This blend brings out the finishing citrus of the light roast while capturing the body and chocolate aroma of the medium roast. Its name is derived from feminist scholar bell Hooks.
